For the past 25 years our principle activity has been Leasehold and Estate Management acting on behalf of private Landlord’s and residential Block Management Companies. Based in Windsor our company is ideally located for access to Thames & Chilterns, Home Counties and London markets.

We have gained a wealth of experience over the years in all aspects of building management, which has included some unique opportunities to work on projects to include Listed Buildings, Heritage sites, Marina and river side developments and urban redevelopment sites. Our Facilities Management has extended into Health and Safety and Building Management control of private schools and leisure facilities.

Leete Estate Management provide facilities management for commercial and private residential sector. We specialise in building and contract management of services within common parts and communal areas, serving gated estates, residential blocks of flats and commercial properties. Having built a quality network of service providers who have proven to be trustworthy, reliable, responsive and cost effective.

Our professional team of independent surveyors, valuers, accountants and solicitors have worked alongside LEM for many years providing professional advice and support to both our company and directly to individual clients. Their independence enables the client freedom of choice, alternatively we are pleased to work alongside your approved contractors and professional service providers.

We have seen a substantial change in the industry in recent years with the introduction of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Financial Services Authority Regulations and Health and Safety requirements. Working closely with our clients we ensure both management companies, Directors and Landlords are aware of their obligations and compliant with legalisation.

Acting as Company Secretary, Leete Estate Management undertake all statutory and secretarial administration on behalf of management companies, liaising with Solicitors on pre-contract sales enquiries, maintaining the company’s statutory records and ensuring the Management Company Directors or Landlords comply with the terms of lease, Company Memorandum and Articles of Association and the Company’s Act 2006 or other legislation applicable to Property Management and Leasehold obligations.

Full account management can be provided to include the collection of service charges and rents, preparation of annual budgets, major works programme and reserve forecasts. Regular income and expenditure reports are available throughout the year and preparation of annual service charge accounts are compiled in accordance with ICAEW recommended accounting procedures.
